Almond gluten free cookies


  • 1 cup of almond butter (you can make it by processing almonds in the processor)

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 4 tablespoons of premix without tac

  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence

  • 100 g of chocolate chips

Place the ingredients in a bowl and integrate to form a homogeneous paste. Make balls and place them on a plate with parchment paper. Take to a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Once they are cooked let cool for 5 minutes and remove from the plate. Enjoy! .
