Gluten free peanut butter cookies




Ingredients

  • 1 cup of peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup of white sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 4 tablespoons of premix without tac

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract


Place the ingredients in a bowl and integrate to form a dough. Make balls and place them on a plate with parchment paper. Take to a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Once they are cooked let cool for 5 minutes and remove from the plate. Enjoy!
