Potato Churros


  • 2 cups of water

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 2 cups of mashed potatoes

  • 3 cups gluten free premix

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • oil as much as needed


Bring the two cups of water to a boil. Add the salt.Once it boils, pour in the milk and bring the heat to a minimum. Add the mashed potatoes. Stir and gradually pour in the cups of flour. Remove from heat and add the egg. Beat vigorously until a dough forms. Cool down Heat oil to fry the churros. Take a churro maker and pour the mixture in the form of tubes. Fry until golden.
